<p>Dance fitness class for all age groups, from beginners to intermediate, from teens to seniors of all ages. Dancing in a safe environment to stay active and in the fitness level you are comfortable in.</p><p>FUN Family Friendly Classes</p><p><strong>Multicultural Resources Hub Inc (MCR Hub)</strong> has established a community-based program aimed at encouraging participants to keep active and provide an avenue to feel connected to their community through dance classes.</p><p>Cultural dance has shown to have positive impacts as it provides benefits to participant’s physical and mental health and provides a mechanism to foster community connectedness.</p><p>The program will provide participants an opportunity to keep active through a series of classes designed to teach a dance. Dance is an excellent way to enhance mobility, improve posture and flexibility, increase aerobic capabilities and build strength. Dance movements may also reduce pain and stiffness. Participants should expect to feel the physical benefits as they move through the program, though these are likely to vary between individuals depending on their age and physical fitness at the start of the program.</p><ul><li>10 Classes - 5 weeks program via Zoom - You will receive Zoom Link via email prior to your class.</li></ul><h3>Two class times:</h3><h3>Monday: 10.00am - 11.00am (26th April/3rd May/10 May/17th May/24th May)</h3><h3>Wednesday: 7.00pm - 8.00pm (28th April/5thMay/12th May/19th May/26th May)</h3><p>Make sure you have downloaded the latest Zoom. Please contact us if you need assistance.</p><p>Please mute yourself during class and we recommend that you turn on your camera to get the most out of this experience.</p><p>Ensure you have enough space to move around in.
