Learn effective, efficient and safe core exercises that will enhance your strength and develop your abdominal muscles.Many people are doing outdated and unsafe abdominal exercises that are ineffective and potentially damaging to the spine.Richard injured his lower back in his late twenties with three herniated discs and suffered ongoing pain until he was educated by world-leading spinal biomechanics Professor Stuart McGill whose concept and recommended exercises inspire this workshop.Complimentary kombuchas from our friends at Grill'd will be provided to enjoy at the end!$10 per person. Non-members are welcome.

Richard Chew, Founder of Elixr Health Clubs in 2005 is also a martial arts expert. Richard represented Australia in the World Championships in the 80s, was a black belt by age 14 and then already teaching adult’s karate! Richard has also led the Australian aerobics team as Head Coach to a Gold medal at the World Aerobics Championships.
