This experience is an invitation to show up fully and unapologetically as yourself.

We’ll explore how to shift your energy and presence in the world, how to stay open to opportunity, and how to meet moments of disappointment or unmet expectations with resilience and self-trust (rather than self-judgment).

It’s about learning how to fill your own cup, so connection begins from within.

You’ll then be guided through a gentle yet powerful breathwork journey, followed by a restorative hypnosis designed to:

  • Open you to new possibilities
  • Close doors that no longer serve you
  • Soften protective patterns
  • Reconnect you with purpose and inner clarity

Why the 14th of February?

The 14th of February can bring up more than we expect - even when we tell ourselves it’s just another day.

Rather than avoiding it or pushing through it, this session offers a different way to meet the day.

A chance to reconnect with yourself and be held in community, without dating pressure or expectation.

What This Experience Offers

This is a 90-minute, in-person breathwork and hypnosis session, suitable for both newcomers and those familiar with this work.

You’ll be guided through a blend of calming and gently activating breathing techniques to:

  • Release stored tension
  • Regulate the nervous system
  • Create a sense of safety and openness in the body

The session closes with a guided hypnosis focused on emotional integration, openness, and self-connection.

Lauren is a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Certified Breathwork Facilitator with a deep passion for helping others achieve emotional healing and transformation. With years of experience in guiding people through mindfulness practices, Lauren creates a nurturing and empowering space for each participant to feel safe, supported, and open to profound personal growth.


About the Breathwork

This session offers a balanced blend of calming breathing techniques, gentle active breaths, and supported breath holds, all paired with carefully curated music.
It is not conscious connected or overly stimulating breathwork, as used in some other styles.

The focus is on nervous system regulation, release without overwhelm, and grounding the body.
You will leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself.

Contraindications:

  • If you have severe cardiovascular conditions, or suffer from serious mental health conditions such as severe PTSD, psychosis, or epilepsy, please consult a healthcare professional before attending.
  • This event may also not be suitable for those with certain respiratory issues, such as severe asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). If you are pregnant please let me know as breath holds are not recommended.
    If you are unsure please don't hesitate to reach out

Hypnotherapy (What This Part Is For)

This hypnotherapy segment is designed to help your nervous system switch out of stress mode and into a state where connection feels easy and natural.

There’s no reliving the past, no forced sharing, and no “you’ll do things you don’t want to do.” You remain fully aware and in control the entire time.

The focus is on:

  • Letting go of mental noise and emotional tension
  • Releasing unconscious guarding or overthinking around connection
  • Rebuilding a grounded sense of self-trust and inner steadiness

The result is a calm, clear head and a body that feels more relaxed, open, and present around other people - without pressure or expectation.


This event is open to everyone. It’s great to come alone, or bring a family member or friend along. Either way, you will be supported and welcome in this safe, healing environment.

Please eat a light meal prior and avoid any heavy meals.
