This day retreat is in celebration of the Autumn Equinox. Autumn the season to shed, let go, release, ground, surrender, flow with change and align with Nature and to find that beautiful S P A C E within your mind, body, emotions, and energy field. We will use movement, breath, inner guidance &amp; intuition, our intention, energy remedies (oracle cards, essential oils, sound) and energy healing (Reiki) to harness the Autumn energies and connect to ourselves, Nature, each other; with flow through movement and breath; and release what our physical, emotional, mental and energy self is ready to let go of. The vibe &amp; nourishment •	A beautiful beachside venue nestled amongst the sand dunes and bush of Sorrento back beach where the waves can be heard from the studio space•	A shared space for inner nourishment and connection with beautiful like-hearted people •	A take home essential oil roll-on, tailored to your personal energy &amp; intention, which you can also use throughout your retreat practice •	Time to enjoy and explore the local landscape on offer (a short walk through the dunes to Sorrento Ocean Beach)•	All Yoga equipment provided •	A selections of teas provided throughout the day•	A delicious and nourishing lunch provided•	Afternoon tea platter to shareThe practices •	Meditation practice to harness the Autumn energy •	Release ritual to cleanse energy body &amp; self and includes a take home Palo Santo stick •	Yoga flow class focused on breath and movement to release and find space•	Relax &amp; Restore class for self nurture – restorative yoga, mini individual Reiki healing and massage, chakra balances, essential oils and their affirmation for emotional/energy/physical balance, sound and guided meditation •	Oracle card guidance &amp; circle •	An intuitive slow flow movement practice•	A beautiful guided Yoga Nidra practice for whole body release and restorationBookings close the 23rd March, unless booked out sooner. Retreat is limited to only 13 participants.
