An opportunity to go deeper in your Sahaja Yoga Meditation, knowledge and understanding.You will learn further techniques to clear your channels and chakras, view a deeper talk by Shri Mataji, while experiencing the innate beauty of your own Spirit through Meditation.An important part of Sahaja Yoga is collectivity - which is a quality of the throat (Visshudhi) chakra. Your meditation is often stronger in a group, due to the support from the Kundalinis of everyone present.Collectivity is also nourished by spending time together, sharing a cuppa or a meal with others who also have their Kundalinis awakened. Afterwards we feel more connected within when we&#x27;ve had that extra boost in each others&#x27; company. It&#x27;s all about the Vibrations! So if you&#x27;re meditating at home, attending weekly programs, or just got out of the Sahaja Yoga meditation habit - this workshop is for you!These sessions are especially tailored to those with previous Sahaja Yoga experience. We look forward to enjoying your company and a lovely meditation together.
