An online event to provide information relating to advance care planning and dementia

This webinar will cover key advance care planning considerations for those living with, or who have a family member or friend living with dementia. It will explain the importance of planning early, timing the conversation, what to consider when doing advance care planning and more. This event is designed for the general public, but all are welcome to participate.The webinar won’t be recorded, and slides won’t be available after the session. All the information presented can be found on Advance Care Planning Australia’s website. Please note that certificates of attendance won’t be issued for the webinar.
