Is parking available at the venue?

Accepted Answer

There is no parking available at Melbourne Town Hall itself. However, several parking facilities are located nearby, including Wilson Parking at Scots Church (181 Little Collins St) and the T&G Building (161 Collins St). Alternative parking options include Council House car park (200 Little Collins)

Is there an age limit for guests?

Accepted Answer

The event takes place in a licensed venue, therefore guests must be 18+ and will be required to present valid photo ID upon entry.

Question 3

I can no longer make it, can I get a refund or give my ticket to someone else?

Accepted Answer

Tickets are refundable up to 7 days prior to the event date, you can submit your request via your Eventbrite dashboard.
It is not possible to transfer a ticket from one account to another. Instead, you can edit your order information to put your ticket under someone else’s name and email address.

Is the venue accessible?

Accepted Answer

Melbourne Town Hall offers good accessibility features, there are lifts to the Foyer, accessible toilets on the ground floor, and bays for wheelchairs and scooters in the Stalls. Should you require an accessible seat please contact the event organiser to find out which seating would suit.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Accepted Answer

Doors will open at 6:45 for Shine Passes [GA] if you have purchased a Coco Loco, Besties or Darling package please refer to your order confirmation for additional event timings. It is recommended that you arrive prior to 7pm to allow enough time to secure your seat, the show will commence at 7:30.

Question 6

Will I be able to purchase Darling, Shine! Merchandise at the show?

Accepted Answer

Yes our merchandise stand will be open prior to the commencement of the live show and throughout the night. We cannot guarantee the availability of sizes so if you are set on a particular item we recommend purchasing prior to the event to ensure you receive your preferred size and/or colour.
