Is parking available at the venue?

Accepted Answer

There is no parking on-site however the venue recommends parking in the backstreets behind the venue. In addition to this the Goodwood Methodist Church across Goodwood Road are happy for Capri Theatre patrons to park in their carpark. There is also a carpark behind the Goodwood shops, one block away

Is there an age limit for guests?

Accepted Answer

The event takes place in a licensed venue, therefore guests must be 18+ and will be required to present valid photo ID upon entry.

Question 3

I can no longer make it, can I get a refund or give my ticket to someone else?

Accepted Answer

Tickets are refundable up to 7 days prior to the event date, you can submit your request via your Eventbrite dashboard.
It is not possible to transfer a ticket from one account to another. Instead, you can edit your order information to put your ticket under someone else’s name and email address.

Is the venue accessible?

Accepted Answer

Capri Theatre offers good accessibility features for people with mobility limitations. There is flat access at all of the front doors on Goodwood Road and Gilbert Street. It has accessible toilet facilities off the main foyer and there is a wheelchair lift for the three steps into the stalls section

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Accepted Answer

Doors will open at 6:45 for Shine Passes [GA] if you have purchased a Coco Loco, Besties or Darling package please refer to your order confirmation for additional event timings. It is recommended that you arrive prior to 7pm to allow enough time to secure your seat, the show will commence at 7:30

Question 6

Will I be able to purchase Darling, Shine! Merchandise at the show?

Accepted Answer

Yes our merchandise stand will be open prior to the commencement of the live show and throughout the night. We cannot guarantee the availability of sizes so if you are set on a particular item we recommend purchasing prior to the event to ensure you receive your preferred size and/or colour.
