Join us in the UQ Wellness Challenge!

Starting on University Mental Health Day, Tuesday 5th May, we want all of the UQ Community to prioritise their health and wellbeing! The annual UQ Wellness challenge is back for 2020. All of the UQ community is invited to join in- let's all keep well together!

Maintaining and enhancing our health and wellbeing should be a priority for all of us. Over the two week period (5-18 May 2020) carve out a little time in each day to do something good for you. Check off one a day or do as many as you can each day from the challenge activities.

Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email. In that confirmation email, you will be provided a link to the UQ Wellness 14 day challenge Padlet page. This is where you will find the list of activities, as well as space to provide updates on how you are going with each task!

What happens after the 14-day challenge?

A 14 day challenge not enough for you? Well, after this challenge you have the option to sign up for one or all of the optional 7 day challenges (starting 19 May 2020!):
