In 2025, the Brisbane Improv Festival will form part of a wider program of entertainment - the inaugural Big Fork Comedy Festival -  a week-long celebration of comedy marking 10 years of Big Fork Theatre. Yes - it’s also a birthday party, complete with a special gala event.

Improvised comedy is comedy made up on the spot and it's what we do and love most at Big Fork Theatre. Our hilarious team of improvisers will be creating funny scenes, characters and stories out of offers (inspiration) from the audience.
