Everything from the building itself, to the decor and amenities have been chosen to line up with the recommended standards. The large expanses of windows that allow natural light to flow through the space, to the balance of open work spaces versus private meeting rooms have all been tailored and chosen to fit with the most up to date research on collaboration and productivity.It’s not only about ergonomic chairs and desks or three fully equipped conference rooms. You’ll also find chill-out areas with sofas, self-service tea and coffee facilities in the fully functional kitchen and lunch tables. The Lab Factory offers the perfect conditions for businesses to thrive and grow.

Purpose: This workshop covers the essential key steps to building your business in defence and finding opportunities within the defence network. You will be given a broad range of information including:•	How to find business opportunities within the defence network and where to look•	What are the top five things I need to do to secure a defence contract•	How to navigate the defence market place•	How to find the right opportunity for my business and knowing where my products/services fit into the Defence procurement processThe workshop will be run by Donna Bates who has 25+ years’ experience as a Corporate Senior Executive in Strategic Planning and Marketing. She has experience working with high-end businesses including Royal Automobile Club of WA, The Sunday Times, News Limited, Adelaide Advertiser and the Department of Defence. Donna has Degrees in Marketing/Management, Post-graduate degree PR. Donna is currently the Managing Director of The Lab Factory and the Owner of a Strategic Planning Consultancy.When &amp; Where:- Wednesday 10th February 2021- Gary Holland Community Centre (Multipurpose Room) - 19 Kent Street Rockingham- Refreshments will be available throughout the workshop
