It’s about stepping into a safe, playful environment where you can explore the question: Who are you when you’re free to just be? And connecting with others.

Authentic Relating Games are structured, interactive exercises that turn communication into a playful and intentional experience. They guide conversations beyond surface-level interactions, creating a safe space to practice vulnerability, empathy, curiosity and active listening.

Absolutely! Authentic Relating is designed to create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone, including introverts. You can engage at your own pace, with no pressure to share beyond what feels right for you. Many introverts find these workshops to be a refreshing way to connect meaningfully.

Not at all! Our workshops are designed to be accessible for everyone, whether you're new to Authentic Relating or have previous experience. Each session offers fresh insights and opportunities for connection, making it suitable for all levels.

Feeling nervous is completely normal—especially when trying something new! Many participants feel the same at first but find the supportive, welcoming environment helps them settle in quickly. There’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with, and most people leave feeling inspired.

Will I have to share deeply personal things?

Absolutely not. You’re always in control of what you choose to share. The exercises are designed to encourage authentic expression, but you’ll never be pushed beyond your comfort zone. Consent and respect are at the core of everything we do.

We intentionally keep the group size small—typically between 20 to 30 participants. This creates a warm, intimate setting where you can truly connect with others without feeling lost in the crowd. It’s the perfect size to foster meaningful conversations, ensure everyone feels seen and heard.
