After we move and breathe together, we’ll transition into a relaxed social hangout with light refreshments, music, and the chance to chat and connect. Nothing formal – just good vibes and good company.

Totally normal – and you’re not alone! We’ll keep the atmosphere welcoming and pressure-free, with a few gentle icebreakers to make it easy to connect. You can go at your own pace.
