Shay is the founder of the Wholesome Living Movement and has been on a deeply transformational path that he wants to share with others. Working in the personal development world he aims to encourage everyone to go on a powerful journey of transformation.Featuring in Netflix Documentary, Liberated: The new sexual revolution, Shay has become the face of transformational change; he is the host of Wholesome Living Video Podcast, toured the world speaking at some of the worlds most prestigious Universities and stages, including London, Cambridge, UCLA, Berkeley, Switzerland & Mary Washington, he's been interviewed on London Live, Hollywood features, & BUZZ, travelled across the globe, hiked the himalayas and loves football.  He is dedicated to consciously showing up to life without judgment, focusing on honest expression and being real with everyone.Today, Shay is on a mission. His goal is to empower others with the knowledge and and inspire others to reclaim their power and take responsibility for their lives. He is committed to having a positive impact on the world by encouraging others to realise their full potential to live a thriving Wholesome life.
