Are you ready to boost your mood, improve your health, and connect with nature?Join us for our upcoming MeTreat Retreats Women's Wellness Walk event!Whether you’re a seasoned walker or just looking to enjoy some fresh air, this is the perfect opportunity to prioritise your wellness while having fun with some other like-minded ladies. Event Details: <ul><li>Date: Sunday 18 May 2025</li><li>Time: 11am - 2pm</li><li>Location: Torquay/Jan Juc Beach</li><li>Duration: 3 hours (1.5 hours walking - we’ll be stopping for lunch/coffee along the way)</li><li>Cost: $40 (does not include coffees or lunch)</li></ul> What to Expect: <ul><li>A guided refreshing beach trail walk along the stunning Torquay and Jan Juc coastline in Victoria</li></ul> <ul><li>Opportunities to practice mindfulness, gratitude, releasing, creativity and laughter along the way</li></ul> <ul><li>Enjoy time in nature which can help you feel calmer and can nourish both your mind and body</li></ul> <ul><li>Spend time catching up with old friends or making new connections with like-minded ladies</li></ul> Why Participate? Walking is a simple yet effective way to improve physical and mental health. It helps reduce stress, boosts creativity, and elevates your mood.
