THE JOURNEY Accompanied by the drum, rattle and other Shamanic practices Chantelle Elder Tree will lead you through two powerful and transformational Shamanic Journeys in one evening, including:• Smudging &amp; clearing of the space and the journeyers• Opening sacred circle and commencement of ceremony • Learning of a chosen topic relating to the journey for that evening - journeyers given informational handouts to keep for reflection• Shamanic drum journey - the intention of the journey changes each month• Return from the journey - integrate learning and healing into this ordinary reality • Journeyers document their journey - journeyers to bring their own notebook and pen• Journeyers share their experience and learnings with the group in order to ground it in this physical reality • Thanking and closing sacred space • SupperEFFECTS OF THE JOURNEYIt is now scientifically proven that when a medicine drum is played for more than 12 minutes it takes you into a dream state of wakefulness, also known as the Theta brainwave state (4-7 Hz). It realigns all your energy bodies, your auric fields and all chakras.
