<h2>FREE information session set to help parents keep their school Leavers safe</h2>Parents of school Leavers can get help navigating this year’s celebrations with a free information session about efforts in the South West to keep revellers safe.Hosted by the Western Australia Police Force and the Department of Education, the 1 hour session will cover:<ul><li>What&#x27;s happening in the South West for Leavers (November 23 to 26)</li><li>The role WA Police play</li><li>Ways to speak with your teenager about alcohol and other drugs</li><li>Young drivers and their passengers</li><li>Helpful info and tips from event partners and volunteers: The Green Team, Royal Life Saving WA, Red Frogs, Hope Community Services and the WA AIDS Council</li></ul>The information session will be on Sunday September 20 from 9.45am at The Rise at 28 Eighth Avenue in Maylands. Tickets are free. Numbers are limited so registration is essential.Join us for morning tea from 9.45am and hear from our speakers from 10am to 11am.
