I am excited to share some beautiful dishes with you Saturday 13th June at 10am from my home to yours. Together we will make ricotta, gnocchi &amp; fresh pasta dough. I will be sharing both Gluten free and gluten filled tips. These recipes can be found in cookidoo, please add them to your weekly planner. 30 g sunflower seeds
30 g lemon juice
 &amp; lemon
150 g 00 pasta flour
/ plain flour or GF plain 200 g plain flour
/ GF plain 150 - 200 g pancetta
3600 g full cream milk
160 g Parmesan cheese

 extra virgin olive oil 3-4 eggs
2 pinches ground black pepper
ground nutmeg
30 g pickled capers
160 g white vinegar
250 g cherry tomatoes
3 leaves fresh silverbeet
