CONNECTING TRAVELLERS TO THEIR PERFECT CRUISE HOLIDAY
Are you ready to sharpen your expertise in connecting clients with their ideal cruise experience?CLIA LIVE offers a unique opportunity to hear from multiple CLIA Cruise Lines in the one location, over two consecutive days. In 2025, our CLIA LIVE Cruise Line Training events will focus on connecting travellers to their perfect cruise holiday.Cruising is not a “one-size-fits-all” and it is essential for agents to understand what sets each cruise line apart and discover which one could be the perfect fit for their clients.Join us at CLIA LIVE to learn more about the unique onboard features, services and target audiences of various CLIA Cruise Lines from luxury and adventure to family-friendly, expedition and river cruises. Learn to identify clients' preferences, budgets, and travel styles, so that you can recommend cruises that best suit their needs. Get a deeper understanding of how to match clients with the ideal ships and itineraries based on destinations, onboard amenities, and shoreside experiemces. Discover strategies for highlighting the value and unique experiences each cruise line offers, helping you build excitement and trust with clients. And of course, stay up-to-date on current cruise trends, seasonal destinations, and evolving client expectations to strengthen your recommendations.CLIA Members will earn 30 CLIA Points per day for attending.
PARTICIPATING CRUISE LINES

Tuesday 6 May

AmaWaterways

Atlas Ocean Voyages

Avalon Waterways

Carnival Cruise Line

Coral Expeditions

Crystal

Holland America Line

Norwegian Cruise Line

Paul Gauguin Cruises

PONANT

Princess Cruises

Regent Seven Seas Cruises

Scenic / Emerald Cruises

Virgin Voyages

Wednesday 7 May

Azamara

Celebrity Cruises

Celestyal

CroisiEurope

Cunard

Explora Journeys

Heritage Expeditions

Oceania Cruises

Quark Expeditions

Royal Caribbean

Seabourn

Silversea

Tauck River Cruises

Windstar

*Cruise line schedule is subject to change
