Spark your students’ curiosity and love for libraries in this engaging and interactive Collection Curiosities workshop.

Introduce your students to State Library's incredible collection of artefacts by joining us online for a fun and interactive 'Collection Curiosities' workshop.In this 'show and tell' style workshop, your students will learn about people, places and events that have shaped Queensland and the world, as they discover the stories behind a selection of State Library’s rarest, weirdest, smallest and most precious collection items.This is a great opportunity to foster a love for libraries in your students as we share with them all the great things available free through State Library that they can use for their learning and entertainment now and into their secondary school years.Workshop notes:<ul><li>Each workshop will feature a unique selection of collection items appropriate for the year level of the students attending.</li><li>This free 40 minute workshop is open to all schools and will be live-streamed via Microsoft Teams.</li><li>A Microsoft Teams link will be sent to you upon completion of your booking.</li></ul>
