Jasmine will briefly share about the energetic signatures of the Plant Teacher Spirit Guides which will be woven into our session and how they teach us ways to transform our own energy blocks.

Blue Lily is a sacred water flower revered in Ancient Egypt for its euphoric, relaxation, visionary and lucid dreaming effects.You will be served herbal medicine and experience a plant spirit attunement inviting you to personally connect with the plant, deepen spirit communication and set your own intentions for our healing session. Her offerings empower you with your own set of Meditation Energetics practices and Vibrational herbal tools to live life in ceremonial embodiment and oneness with Spirit + Earth. In ceremony, Jasmine live-channels from the unseen, connecting the dots to facilitate vibrational shifts for your energetic realignment and communion with your higher self.Jasmine, after her namesake, has a distinct affinity with flowers and their plant spirits. <h2> </h2><h2>Preparation</h2>Yoga mats will be present in the space but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.Please bring the following items:<ul><li>Water bottle</li><li>Comfortable, warm, loose clothing that enables movement with ease</li><li>Cushions, blankets or eye-masks</li><li>Any sacred or familiar items to support you (journal, crystals, etc.)</li></ul>

We suggest to arrive 5:50pm to allow time to visit the bathroom + settle in. Please be on time to respect the other participants. Doors will close sharply at 6:10pm to honour the safety of ceremonial space.

<h3>IMPORTANT INFORMATION</h3>Blue Lily is not recommended for those pregnant, breastfeeding or on diabetic medication.Please consult your doctor and Jasmine before booking ahead about any allergies or contraindications you may have with your medications or medical history.It is recommended allow a 1-2hr window after eating to attend ceremony.
