Terms and Conditions.

Cancellations:

For all bookings made with 100% Wine & Brew Tours the following conditions apply:

• For cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice or "no show" a 100% cancellation penalty applies on total tour amount with no refund given.

- At least 45 days before the tour date, 100% refund on tickets purchased.

- At least 25 days before the tour date, 75% refund on tickets purchased.

- Between 5 and 14 days before tour date, 50% refund on tickets purchased.

Reduction or increase in numbers in group bookings must inform us at least 14 days before the tour date. Reduced numbers in group bookings will not be refunded. All tours are subject to availability, we always will endevour to put together the best package for our 100% Wine & Brew Tour friends, but we cannot control extrenal factors such as: private winery bookings, weather, private brewery bookings, winery closures, brewery closure etc..

All prices are valid for 30 days, unless changes are stipulated and agreed on by both parties in the interests of fairness and the best result for each party

We will give you a full refund for any cancellation caused by us.

House & Bus Rules - Code of Conduct

Please refer to House & Bus Rules on our website for full details. 100% Wine & Brew Tours and the wineries will not accept intoxicated and/or unruly behaviour. Federal, State and Local Council drinking laws apply.

There is no drinking of alcohol permitted within our vehicles and if caught doing so, customers will be requested to refrain immediately to avoid further (Subject to specialised bookings) actions. Drinking alcohol on board our vehicles does not comply with local laws or our Public Liability.

If the customer continues to disregard the request to refrain from drinking alcohol, acting unruly or disturbing others on board the vehicle then 100% Wine & Brew Tours will stop the tour immediately and arrange for a taxi to have the customer/s dropped back to their pick up location at the cost to the customer.

No refunds will be given to those customers in the event the tour is stopped for these reasons mentioned.

Legislation requires that seat belts must be worn at all times, unless bus is not required by legislation to provide seat belts. Customers must be able to prove they are over 18 years to consume alcohol at wineries using approved identification.

Strictly no smoking inside the vehicle or inside the venues visited.

Wineries do not have BYO licenses therefore you may not bring you own alcohol for consumption. Individuals are responsible for any damage inflicted on our vehicles. Any damage inflicted to the vehicle by patrons will be paid in full by them within seven (7) days including a cleaning fee of no less than $100.

Wineries have the right to refuse service and refuse admission. 100% Wine & Brew Tours will not be held responsible for any damage caused intentionally or otherwise to people or property/venues and the passengers and / or organiser will be held liable to cover any additional costs incurred.

Hens and bucks

Hens or bucks attire or paraphernalia that is deemed by 100% Wine & Brew Tours to be offensive to others will not be accepted at the wineries.

Travel Insurance

100% Wine & Brew Tours recommends you have adequate travellers insurance that covers illness, delays, loss of property.

Getting ready to depart on your tour:

We require your pick-up point address at least 24 hours prior to departure. There is no refund for passengers who miss the bus because they changed their pick-up location and did not inform us or failed to arrive at the pick-up location for the scheduled departure time. No responsibility is taken for passengers leaving pick up locations if our vehicles are not present at the scheduled departure time.

Fire Safety Procedures:

During the summer months, when days are rated as 'Extreme' or 'Code Red’ by the CFA some wineries may choose to close the property to all visitors. The decision is usually made the day before, but can happen at short notice. 100% Wine & Brew Tours reserves the right to alter the itinerary if this occurs or cancel the tour in the event of extreme weather conditions and bush fires.

Dietary requirements?

Winery restaurants have an Allergens Menu and can accommodate most dietary requests: Vegetarian, gluten free, nut free, dairy free, fructose free and seafood / crustacean free. Please advise when booking your tour.

Bringing the kids on a private tour?

Winery tours are specifically designed for adults. Our vehicles are not equipped with appropriate 'child' restraints. Children 14 years or older may join a tour at adult prices at the discretion of management. Parent or legal guardian must accompany all children. No alcohol is to be consumed by minors (under 18 years of age) while on an 100% Wine & Brew Tours. 100% Wine & Brew Tours will stop the tour immediately and arrange for a taxi to have the customer/s dropped back to their pick up location at the cost to the customer.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificate valid for 12 months from date of issue. They are not redeemable after expiration date. Always subject to tour availability. Redemption bookings must be made at least one week from the required travel date.

Other Important Conditions:

Tour variations and cancellations may occur due to extreme weather conditions, vineyard closures and last minute changes received from vineyards or traffic disruptions. If any of these circumstances should arise, 100% Wine and Brew Tours will revise the itinerary to impact as little as possible on the remainder of the tour. If the tour is cancelled completely, 100% Wine & Brew Tours will try to re-book the clients for a date convenient to both parties, or refund monies in full.

We reserve the right to alter any part of the itinerary without notice.

We reserve the right to use alternate vehicles and operators where required.

Every effort is made to provide the best touring experience, but no liability is accepted for any illness, injury, delay, inconvenience, loss or damage whilst on tour.

Tours operate all year round and are not affected by bad weather conditions unless 'extreme' or 'code red' condition declared by the CFA.
