Why is this a Community Session?
I firmly believe that access to exercise should be for everyone, and this lesson is designed to be an inexpensive, no membership required series in 2026.
It’s for people who want to feel better in their bodies without pressure, performance, or needing to “love” exercise. The aim is to reduce the exercise gap by offering simple, approachable and affordable movement that feels safe, supportive, and achievable for all levels, including those who are new to movement or have had negative experiences with exercise in the past.
