In this 1-on-1 private workshop, we'll get hands-on to optimise your homebrewing gear, technique, and recipes.

The goal? To make your coffee ritual more enjoyable, consistent, and even more delicious.

Who is it for?

Coffee homebrewers who want specific advice and help with their gear, technique, and recipes.

Who runs it?

One of our senior staff.

Where does it happen?

In the space between the Pro Shop cafe and roastery in St Peters. We'll book one of the large tables so we can spread out the gear and go through everything together.

How long does it run?

Up to 1h 15 minutes.

What's included in the ticket price?

• A welcome cup of batch filter while we set up
• Up to 500g of aged coffee beans (single origin or espresso blend) to be used during the session (you can take home what's left)
• Up to 1L of milk (cow, soy, or oat) to be used during the session
• Our time, space, and expertise!

What to bring?

• Your brewing gear: espresso machine, grinder, pour over drippers and filters, or any other you normally use at home and would like help with (either with settings adjustments or technique advice).
• Water from your tap: it's not compulsory, but if you do, it will help us get similar results to what you get at home, and hence adjust your settings more accurately
• Specific questions: make the most of having a 'personal barista coach' for a few minutes!
