WHOLISTIC MINDS

Sue Najjarine is a passionate Mental Health and Wellbeing advocate who is determined to work tirelessly to make a change to reduce the tragically and exponentially growing suicide rates in society.
Sue is actively involved within varied areas of the community where she volunteers her time selflessly to encourage individuals to seek help and stop the suffering in silence. She has participated in many events to continuously raise awareness and more recently, she founded and facilitated the very unique and successful event "Lighting The Darkness" (in March 2016 with the generous sponsorship of The Islamic Council Of Victoria),
She was previously the Chair of the Education, Workplace and Technology Committee at the selfless charity, the Bully Zero Australia Foundation and was invited to be the guest speaker at their third annual gala dinner, whereby 1500 guests where in attendance. Sue eloquently presented in a very articulatory manner, relative to the detrimental implications that bullying can have on one's mental health
Her philosophy is, that in order to make a tangible change, then we must be prepared to invest in health for health is wealth, and we must reach out to help and to BE helped. We must replace the "I" in illness with a "WE" because together WE can journey to wellness.
