Western Sydney Local Health District
Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing and managing all public healthcare within five local government areas, incorporating 120 suburbs in one of Australia's fastest growing urban populations.
Our major healthcare centres include Westmead, Blacktown, Mount Druitt, Auburn and Cumberland hospitals.
WSLHD also includes a comprehensive range of community-based services to meet the needs of a culturally diverse population in treatment, support and disease prevention.
In addition to our clinical and other health services, WSLHD's Westmead Health Precinct will ensure the delivery of world-class healthcare into the future.
WSLHD employs more than 14,000 people across 100 sites including four teaching hospitals and an extensive network of community health centres.
