The PhD Society

The PhD Society is a student community comprised of higher degree research and postgraduate students. The society was established in early 2016 to address the lack of social environment in the research environment. Since then we have grown to 120 members by providing networking, social and outdoor/sporting activities to create and deepen bonds between our new and existing members. We also have a strong focus on connecting students to industry with the hope of widening job prospects and opportunities in the future.
