Sustainable Energy Now

Sustainable Energy Now are working to raise awareness of how a mix of renewable energy technologies are able to meet all of Western Australia’s electricity needs, with a particular focus on WA’s main electricity grid, called the South West Interconnected System (SWIS). The renewable energy types that we believe are most suited to WA include: solar, wind, wave, geothermal and biomass.

Beyond Zero Emissions is a climate solutions think-tank.  We advocate for an energy-efficient Australia, powered by renewables.  This offers Australia a sustainable and prosperous future, as Australia could become a renewable energy superpower.  We undertake:

• Collaborative research,

• Detailed transition planning,

• Advocating for our plans to be put into action,

• Public and corporate education, 

• Network building

We are a not-for-profit organisation, dependent on public donations.
