St John of God Foundation

The St John of God Foundation was established in 1994 by the Sisters of St John of God to ensure the Sisters could continue their very important work. In February 2010, the Foundation was integrated into St John of God Health Care.

The Foundation works to raise funds in response to identified needs of people and communities, which are not met by traditional means or government funding. The foundation contributes to many hospital developments in local communities and to our Social Outreach services.

In the midst of our modern, fast-paced and high pressure society, it is almost a certainty that each and every individual will experience the need for special support at some stage during their life; be that material, emotional, spiritual, intellectual or psychological. Equally certain is the reality that others in the community have the ability and willingness to offer this support and guidance.
