My name is Sally Comerford, and I am a mum of two wonderful children (including an 11-year-old daughter.)

I am an entrepreneur.

I am living my dream.

I love to help young women know their true self worth.

I am, strong, fit, energised and motivated.

I understand the challenges and struggles that some young women can go through as a teenager.

I understand it isn't easy at times.

I’ve been there too!

I want to help young women and to support, guide and motivate them so they have the tools to be strong. To know what they want and to fulfil their dreams and passions, while also being truly happy, grateful and gracious. I want young women to know it's okay.
