RHDAustralia
RHDAustralia aims to reduce death and disability from acute rheumatic fever (ARF) and rheumatic heart disease (RHD) in Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
RHDAustralia was established in 2009 as the National Coordination Unit to support the control of RHD in Australia. Funded under the Australian Department of Health's Rheumatic Fever Strategy, RHDAustralia is based at Menzies School of Health Research in Darwin.
