HRVic is a community based and governed not-for-profit organisation.

HRVic aims to educate, inform, support and advocate on behalf of Victorian people who use drugs, their friends and their allies.Primarily funded by the Victorian Department of Health, HRVic seeks to improve the way people who use drugs are treated in the broader community as well as by and medical, community and government services.
