The Adelaide G-TRAC Centre is an exciting initiative developed collaboratively between the University of Adelaide and Resthaven Inc. with funding from Health Workforce Australia and the Department of Health and Ageing.

As part of a new approach to delivering teaching, education and research in an Aged Care setting as opposed to a university or hospital, the centre aims to improve the health and wellbeing of the whole community. It will do this by offering innovative solutions to increase the Aged Care and health professional workforce knowledge, capacity and skills and the opportunity to engage in relevant research.

Medical students and health professionals learning at this centre gain exposure to the full range of health and Aged Care services operating across the continuum of care: from community to Aged Care to rehabilitation to hospitals across Adelaide.
