I was a financial planner myself for nearly 40 years and specialist risk adviser for the last 20 years. I have had my Training & Consulting business now for over 15 years.
I am extremely passionate about my work as a coach in the client engagement skills space, incorporating both risk advice specific and more generic soft skills. My sole focus is now my consultancy, having sold my advice business a few years ago.
My mission is to make sure that everyone who comes along to one of my workshops takes away a host of simple, practical and usable client engagement tools that they can start using to good effect right away in their business.
