Kate Christie is a Time Management Expert. Her business Time Stylers specialises in working with professional women aged between 30 and 55 who struggle juggling their career and family responsibilities. On average she finds clients 30 hours of lost time a month to live a more balanced life.

As a former lawyer and senior executive working full time while having three kids in 3.5 years, she knows all about the daily juggle. In fact, she wrote the script. At the time of her corporate escape, she was the only member of the executive leadership team who didn’t have a full time wife. She opted out of her career because the pressure of trying to do it all left her feeling she had no choice.

She has specialised in time management for 5 years working with hundreds of time poor women either directly or in partnership with their employers including Deloitte and GWF. She is the author of 'Me Time – the Professional Woman’s Guide to finding 30 guilt free hours a month', and she regularly blogs on time management for publications such as Women’s Agenda.
