Description

Teams Made in Heaven: How to design effective innovation teams in an era of disruption. An interactive workshop mapping personality strengths, focusing in particular on individuals’ approach to innovation - creative, intuitive, futuristic and exploratory, or conformist rational and driven by the past?

Join us to discover how we can then draw on these personality strengths in highly effective innovative teams in a productive, fun workshop environment.

The workshop will be moderated by Prof Gerda Gemser and Marina Paronetto.

Starting November 2012, Gerda Gemser is a Professor of Design and Business at RMIT University. Before that, she has held positions at different universities in the Netherlands. Marina Paronetto is the founder of PowerhouseHQ, an innovative organisation whose mission is to create conditions that nurture team learning, entrepreneurship and design thinking to solve complex problems and drive positive change.
