Watch yourself and your practice blossom across 6 sessions of yoga on Tuesday nights with dedicated yogini, Jasmine O'Brien, ready to guide you more deeply on your yoga journey.
Jasmine teaches an invigorating and inspiring yoga class designed to give you a sense of ease and strength in your body, clarity in the mind, and joy in your heart. Expect an emphasis on breath, good alignment, deep inner awareness. This 90 minute class is perfect for dedicated yogis & yoginis but detailed instructions, modifications and options will be offered for all levels. Beginners are advised to first join Jasmine's 6 week foundations course.
Jasmine warmly shares from the heart in a flowing practice which is at times challenging, instructed to help you to tap into your inner and outer strength. You will also explore some slower work with deep openings, relaxation and more focused work with the breath (pranayama). Jasmine's intention is that you will feel calm, clear and uplifted after the session, with a deeper sense of connection to yourself.
The class runs from 5:45pm-7:15pm on Tuesdays.
Casual visits also available for $20 per session.
