Orientation - Session 2, 2016 - Lismore - non-commercial stall

Welcome to Orientation for Session 2, 2016 at Southern Cross University's Lismore Campus.

Over three days we have a great program, mixing the thinking with the fun, to introduce our new students to university life and making them welcome.

We'd love for your SCU department or not-for-profit organisation to be part of this event. Over the lunch break students will be able to visit your stall, meet you and find out more about what you are offering and how it can help them have a great university experience; be it through sporting and social activities, or services that provide them with a helping hand when they need it.

STALL TIMES: 12 - 2pm

STALL INCLUSIONS:

• shaded site

• 1 table

• 1 chair

• Limited powered sites are available. Please contact the Orientation Coordinator to discuss this option.

Stall set up: 9am - 11.00am each day

Stall pack up: 2pm - 3pm each day (note: you may wish to leave some items at your stall overnight. Southern Cross University has 24hour security however takes no responsibility for any loss or damage to property).

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• All stalls must be registered by 24 June 2016.

• Any changes or cancellations must be made in writing to unilife@scu.edu.au as soon as possible prior to the event.

• No changes can be made after 1 July 2016.

• Southern Cross University events will proceed during wet weather in the specified location, all stalls will be undercover.

• Southern Cross University has the right to refuse any booking at its discretion.
