Presented by: Dr Rhys Henning

Dr Henning has worked as a GP in Willunga from 1980 to 2002. He started methadone prescribing in 1994 and developed a special interest in managing chaotic pain patients.

Since 2003 he restricted his practice to Pain, Addiction and Mental health problems. He also provided inpatient services at McLaren vale and District hospital for private and public patients.

This educational event will focus on providing GPs with strategies on how to identify and manage opioid dependent patients within the relevant guidelines for South Australia.
