You are invited to join Glenys Beauchamp PSM, Secretary to the Department of Industry, for the launch of Innovation Month 2014, on the morning of 7 July.
An initiative of the APS Innovation Action Plan, endorsed by the Secretaries Board, Innovation Month is a chance to consider how the public service can do things differently. In 2014 the theme of the Month is ‘Empower, Collaborate, Transform’.
Innovation Month 2014 will showcase promising initiatives and discuss the challenges the public sector faces in developing a more agile, responsive and imaginative approach in adapting to change.
The Launch will share some of the latest developments and highlight the broad scope of innovation underway in the APS, as well as being the formal opening event for the Innovation Month 2014 programme.
