iLearn Workshop in Kellerberrin

Do you know how to test your upload and download speeds? Are you aware of digital privacy, sharing documents and data online (cloud computing)? Are you connecting with your family, community or business via Social Media?

If you answered 'no' to one of the questions above, then we've got an iLearn Workshop just for you! RDA Wheatbelt has partnered with the Templeman Twells Web Design and the Kellerberrin Community Resource Centre to co-host a specially-designed iLearn Workshop for Kellerberrin and surrounds. Web design expert, Patrick Templeman Twells will be presenting a hands-on two-hour workshop including a brief introduction in social media. You may wish to BYOD (bring your own device) such as your Smart phone, iPad or laptop so you can put your developing digital skills into practice! If you have your own Wi-Fi device please also bring this along also.

We've recently collated responses from an online survey to assess the digital literacy gaps in the region which has assisted us to create a digital workshop to boost local community’s online presence and impact.

This iLearn Workshop is one of a series of subregional workshops being co-hosted across the Wheatbelt with further online digital learning opportunities to follow.
