A free forum presented by the Centre for Healthy Brain Ageing and the Little Bay Coast Centre for Seniors Inc on strategies to reduce the risk of cognitive decline in life after 55. Speakers, Professor Perminder Sachdev AM and Dr Nicole Kochan will talk about dementia and maximising brain health.

Seniors Inc in Little Bay has been offering health and wellbeing classes with accredited instructors 5 days a week between 9 and 4pm for 25 years. Over 22,000 visitors every year benefit from its work in the spacious and heritage grounds and properties of the former Prince Henry Hospital. Access is easy by both public buses and car. There's easy and free parking as well as local coffee shops, a supermarket, and a variety fo speciality shops and medical services.
