AFL Canberra invites all local team managers, registrars, coaches, secretarys, presidents, administrators and all other volunteers to attend the AFL Canberra Expo.

This will be held on Monday 2nd March to provide information on all aspects of running a junior and senior football club.

The night will cover everything from online registrations, entering match results, player transfers to insurance requirements and AFL NSW/ACT approved suppliers.

The night will also allow clubs to book in for one on one sessions with AFL Canberra staff to answer all your questions relating to footy.

Workshops will commence at 6:15pm following a welcome from Regional Manager, Steve Mahar at 6:00pm (minimum one club representative is required at each workshop). Please do not register for more than one workshop.

Community Football Workshop: 6:15pm - 6:45pm

Junior Football Workshop: 6:15pm - 6:45pm

Senior Football Workshop: 6:15pm - 6:45pm

There will also be staff on hand to provide the below information:

Club Umpire Information: On hand for entire event to answer your questions


We will also be holding a fire sale, items for sale include footballs, talent jumpers and various football gear.

FAQs

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Parking is available for free in the Woden Tradies carpark to the left of the building.

What can/can't I bring to the event?

Please bring along paper and pen for note taking. It is also recommended to bring along a laptop or ipad so you have access to Footyweb. Wifi is available at the venue.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No. Your name will be marked off at the door so please ensure you have RSVP'd so we can cater for all attendees.

Will food and drink be provided?

Yes. Finger food as well as soft drink with be provided.
