Wirral Mind

Wirral Mind is a local, independent mental health charity providing services to adults in our community with mental health problems and/or learning disabilities.

We aim to normalise the conversation around mental health, tackle stigma and discrimination, promote understanding and support our community to live mentally healthier lives.

We provide a range of services, such as:

  • Beating the Blues Online CBT Programme
  • Motiv8 Physical Activity Service
  • Mums Matter Service
  • Mental Health First Aid training
