Ufirst is a research initiative of icare, focused onconnecting with the community to hear aboutissues that matter.

Ufirst connects with communities at work and at home to collect insights. This knowledge identifies issues that are important to the community, and guides the development of solutions to meet customers’ needs. These insights are supported by our research team, lead by Dr Caroline Howe.

We are committed to social innovation through bringing thought leaders, employers, employees, people with lived experience and community together to find new strategies, concepts and ideas that meet the social needs of communities.
