Hi, I'm Jennifer, a Psychodynamic Counsellor based in Crawley, West Sussex.

Alongside my counselling practice, I offer Kundalini Yoga, Gong Baths, Shamanic Drumming and wellbeing events that support relaxation, nervous system regulation and personal growth.

My work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins when we create space to pause, reflect and reconnect with ourselves.

Whether through counselling, sound, movement, or community gatherings, I aim to provide warm, supportive environments where people can explore their experiences, deepen self-awareness, and nurture emotional well-being.

The events I offer are designed to be accessible, affordable and restorative, helping people step away from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with what matters most.
