I’m Teesh, the heart behind Transform With Teesh & Moon & Her a holistic space for women to reconnect with their mind, body, and spirit. Through movement, mindfulness, and moon rituals, I help others release old energy, find balance, and awaken their true potential.

I host monthly Full Moon Circles, guided meditation sessions, women’s wellness events, and soulful workshops that blend spirituality, self-development, and community connection. My mission is to create safe, empowering spaces for women to slow down, reflect, and realign — to heal, grow, and rise together under the moon’s light.

✨ Where transformation meets intuition, and women return home to themselves.
