My mission is simple yet profound: to help women choose & love themselves and live with more joy!

Hi, I’m Cathy Ward, The Breathwork Lady (formerly Supporting Dreams). I own a boho boutique breathwork studio in Eden Park, nestled next to 60 acres of bushland.

In May 2025, adrenal fatigue forced me to slow down and truly learn how to value and love myself. That journey pivoted my mission: to help women start choosing themselves, build real self love and create lives filled with joy, energy and intention.

In my sessions, from relaxation breathwork to 9D Breathwork journeys, cold therapy, Reiki and Sound baths, you’ll create space for your body and mind to relax, release stuck emotions and step out of patterns that keep you stuck. The result? More clarity, more energy and ultimately more joy in your life.

While my work is deeply rooted in supporting women, these sessions are a welcoming space for anyone who feels called.
