SLSNSW Development Programs
Want to build your confidence, challenge yourself and become a more capable lifesaver?
SLSNSW Skills Development Programs give members the opportunity to learn beyond their everyday club environment through practical, hands-on and scenario-based training.
Delivered at locations across NSW, the programs bring together lifesavers from different clubs and branches to share experience, develop skills and learn from experienced trainers in a supportive environment.
Whether you want to sharpen your operational lifesaving skills, build confidence in challenging conditions, develop your IRB capability or explore where lifesaving could take you next, there’s an opportunity to get involved.
SLSNSW currently offers two Skills Development Programs:
Lifesaving Skills Development Program
Build confidence across a broad range of lifesaving skills through practical activities and realistic scenarios, while exploring further opportunities and pathways within lifesaving.
Advanced IRB Skills Development Program:
Take your IRB skills beyond the basics with dedicated coaching, challenging activities and scenario-based training designed to build confidence and capability in dynamic environments.
