I have completed many courses that expanded possibilities for looking at things, giving different perspectives to emotional problems, body and food, as well as generally to life events. NLP, Access Bars, Access Facelift, etc. I have been an Access Bars practitioner since 2012, providing frequency healing, and have been writing for the Holistic Bliss health magazine since last year.
I have not eaten gluten, sugar, or lactose 20 years, therefore I have a good knowledge of food ingredients and plenty of ideas on how to make something from nothing.
